Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for an Order Fulfillment - Global Representative at STXI Motion located in Petah Tikva. As an Order Fulfillment - Global Representative, you will be responsible for managing the order fulfillment process, including order placement, coordination, and tracking. You will work closely with sales, operations, and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Process orders via email, phone, or customer portals
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices against quotations
• Be the focal point for customers with regards to order queries, missing information, and order coordination
• Follow up open orders report with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
• Provide information to customers and sales teams about lead times, costs, and inventory levels
• Communicate and escalate important feedback from customers internally to ensure timely response
• Maintain and update PO and customer records in the ERP
• Develop monthly sales reports
• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
• Stay up-to-date with new products, features and business processes that enhance customer experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven work experience as a Sales Administrator/ Sales Support, Customer Service
• Experience with Priority ERP and with any CRM software
• High level of English proficiency - verbal and written
• Experience working with physical technical products - advantage
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to details
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
