Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Design and implement advanced advertising strategies specifically tailored for mobile and programmatic platforms, including Video, CTV (Connected TV), Display, and Metaverse.

• Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of mobile and programmatic ad campaigns to achieve the highest possible ROI.

• Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing customized solutions to meet their business objectives.

• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

• Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, and technical departments, to deliver cohesive and effective advertising solutions.

• Innovation: Identify and integrate innovative adtech solutions to enhance campaign performance and drive business growth.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in the adtech industry, with a strong focus on mobile and programmatic advertising.

• Expertise: Extensive knowledge of mobile advertising ecosystems, programmatic buying, and performance marketing within Video, CTV, Display, and Metaverse sectors.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in adtech platforms, mobile analytics tools, and campaign management software.

• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable recommendations.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

• Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
