We are looking for an experienced Senior Director of Legal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with leadership skills and a deep understanding of corporate related matters. Reporting to the CLO, the Senior Corporate Counsel will play a pivotal role within the leadership team of the organization, leading certain corporate and commercial affairs of the organization, ensuring compliance, and advising the executive team on certain legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day to day corporate law matters, as well as strategic corporate transactions
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance matters
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in selected jurisdictions
• Collaborate with senior management to identify legal risks and opportunities, providing proactive advice and solutions
• Work closely with the CLO and other members of the legal team on cross company and cross team projects
  
  

Requirements

• At least 9 years of experience practicing law, focusing on corporate matters - must - within a high-tech company - strong advantage
• Experience in managerial positions - a huge advantage
• Experience in commercial contracts - an advantage
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters and conflicting priorities, while balancing legal and business concerns
• ‘Can-do’ approach with a collaborative nature
• Experience in managing and overseeing complex legal projects
