Research Coordinator

Our Clinical research unit of the Oncology division of Rambam medical center is expanding!

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Research Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As a Research Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and overseeing research projects from inception to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about scientific research and looking to contribute to groundbreaking discoveries.

Responsibilities

·        Collaborate with researchers and principal investigators to develop research protocols and project plans.

·        Coordinate and manage all aspects of research projects, including participant recruitment, data collection, and analysis.

·        Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, institutional policies, and regulatory requirements.

·        Develop and maintain databases to organize research data and facilitate analysis.

·        Maintain effective communication and collaboration with research team members and external partners

·        Monitor project timelines, identify potential issues, and implement appropriate solutions.

·        Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field, new research methodologies, and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (Master's degree preferred).

·        Knowledge of ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements for research (GCP training).

·        Strong organizational and project management skills.

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment.
