Radar System Engineer

We are seeking a Radar System Engineer to join us at ELTA.

What will you do:

• Driving the system development from planning to execution stages.
• Developing advanced and challenging radar systems for clients in Israel and abroad.
• Planning simulations and performance evaluations.
• Designing algorithms and system processes.
• Defining requirements for software teams and providing development support.
• Participating in experiments and trials both domestically and internationally.
• Analyzing performance in radar experiments.
• Developing future capabilities.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Physics - Mandatory.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary systems - Advantage.
• Experience in hardware and communication - Advantage.
• IDF experience - Advantage.
• Analytical analysis capability - Advantage.
• Systemic insight, team collaboration ability, leadership qualities.
• Experience and familiarity with analysis tools such as MATLAB - significant advantage.
• High personal responsibility, teamwork ability, communication skills with diverse individuals, creativity, and problem-solving abilities, and organization skills.
