About the job:

· Budget management and planning. Articulating financial goals and developing strategic financial plans, through collaboration with different departments within the company.

• Wages Management: Lead all aspects of wages and human capital financials, including forecasting, P&L analysis, Budget Vs Actual comparison and more.
• Financial Strategy: Drive annual budget and long-term financial strategies, collaborating with stakeholders and providing actionable insights.
• Budget Monitoring: Monitor expenses cross-functional departments, including budget approvals and expenses control.

· Cost-accounting analysis of the Company's products. Analyze and control costs throughout the production process, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize the company's cost structure.

· Preparing forecasts. This includes evaluating the financial performance of the company, identifying areas of improvement, and recommending appropriate courses of action.

Requirements:

· BA in Economics– a must. Master's degree – an advantage.

· Experience of 5-8 years in budget preparation process, P&L analysis and controlling.

· Ability to clearly communicate in English, both orally and written

· Advanced Excel, ideally with some modelling expertise

· Proficient in accounting basics – for Opex and Capex management

· Experience in global manufacturing company – a strong advantage.

· Experience with PriorityERP – a strong advantage

· Service oriented - interact at all levels of the company and communicating financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.

· Projects leading and analytical capabilities.

· Capacity to resist pressure and work under tight timelines.
