UI/UX Product Designer (Maternity leave replacement)

Powered by a network of lenders and a data-driven matching engine, ChargeAfter streamlines the distribution of credit into a single, secure, and reliable embedded lending platform. Merchants can rapidly implement ChargeAfter’s omni-channel platform online, in-store, and at every point of sale, enabling them to provide personalized financing choices to their customers.

Here at ChargeAfter, we are building the next unicorn in the Fintech industry and are looking for a talented UI/UX Product Designer for maternity leave replacement (with an option to extend).

Responsibilities

• Work as a part of our design team to define, design and deliver amazing products
• Conduct a full design cycle from collecting inspiration and conducting research through creating a pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios and deliver to development
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and UX solutions
• Oversee development hand-off & graphic QA
• Design and optimize advertising and marketing materials such as presentations, one-pagers, brochures, and more

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience designing user experiences and interactive design - a must
• An online portfolio featuring a variety of product design work - a must
• Experience working with Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD components, libraries, auto-layouts and functional prototypes
• Proven knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere pro (After Effects - an advantage)
• Product driven with deep understanding of UX principles
• Understanding the product life cycle from research through prototyping to design and usability testing
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques and technologies
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Great communication skills and a strong team player
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field - an advantage
• Preliminary knowledge in the Fintech world - an advantage

A portfolio must be submitted along with a CV (applications without a portfolio will not be considered)
