Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer service-oriented Reception Team Leader to oversee our reception team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by managing daily front desk operations, training and supervising reception staff, and handling guest inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the reception team to provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes, reservations, and guest services.
• Train, mentor, and support reception staff to ensure consistent and high-quality performance.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that arise.
• Manage email correspondence and communication with guests, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a boutique hotel setting.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Proficient in both Hebrew and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Competence in managing email correspondence and using hotel management software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
