Report and Presentation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Report and Presentation Specialist. Based in our Neve Tzedek office in Tel Aviv, you will be responsible for writing dossiers, conducting in-depth research, creating comprehensive reports, and developing visually compelling presentations. While paralegal experience is a bonus, our primary focus is on candidates with strong report writing, drafting skills, research capabilities, and presentation creation abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis to support case preparation and document drafting.
• Compile and organize legal information into detailed and coherent reports.
• Perform research analysis to interpret data and inform report drafting.
• Draft clear, logical, and concise reports based on comprehensive data analysis.
• Design visually appealing presentations incorporating data, graphics, charts, and other visual elements.
• Utilize legal expertise to interpret and accurately present complex information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, Legal Studies, Journalism,  Information Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in report writing, drafting, research analysis, and presentation design.
• Strong research skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work on-site at our Neve Tzedek office in Tel Aviv.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience in a legal environment or paralegal experience.
• Understanding of financial reports and financial analysis.
• Proficiency with Google Drive and its AI capabilities.
