Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

L'Occitane Israel seeks a dynamic Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant team

Job Description

• Write engaging and persuasive copy for company digital and retail 
• Maintain brand identity on social media, including Gantt adjustments, posts, and influencer relations.
• Communication with various suppliers & freelancers such as a graphic designer
• Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns 
• Work is performed in a hybrid format, involving 3 days at the office in Moshav Nir Zvi and 2 days at home.

Qualifications

• A creative person and versatile writer
• You’re comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and time management skills. English is mandatory 
• You can handle challenging feedback related to tight deadlines and KPIs.
• An early adopter, you stay up to date with tech trends and communities. 
• You’re detail oriented, an amazing listener, curious, and fun to work with.
• Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or a relevant field - an advantage
• Experience managing social media platforms or using Monday, Canva or AI tools - advantageous
