Job Description:

As a Design / Process Engineer at Galileo Wheel, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining manufacturing processes and systems for our products. You will work closely with other engineers, designers, and technicians to ensure that our production processes are efficient, safe, and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and develop manufacturing processes and systems for our products, including production lines, machinery, and equipment.

· Conduct research and development to improve existing processes and develop new technologies.

· Identify and troubleshoot issues with production processes, equipment, and systems.

· Develop and maintain documentation related to manufacturing processes and equipment, including procedures, specifications, and schematics.

· Collaborate with other departments, including quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure that production processes meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

· Train and mentor technicians and production staff on new processes and technologies.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the mobility industry.

· Proficiency in CAD and other design software.

· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.

· Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to safety, quality, and sustainability.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
