Technical Support - responsible for support for e-commerce systems

• Position in Herzliya.
• The company's offices are located in Herzliya, working on Fridays from home and the rest of the days from the office.
• Part-time student position, at least three days per week required, available on Fridays is mandatory.

Description:

A hi-tech company needs a support technologist to support international B2B customers

Has the ability to self-learn and quickly apply systems in an e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a central international computer system - application management, and configuration settings.

Troubleshooting, and performing tests.

• Technical support mainly by email and phone.
• Assistance to the contact team with the company's clients abroad, assistance, training, tests, and various definitions.

Requirements:

Technologist, independent, professional, and knows how to manage tasks and manage email in a professional manner. Organized responsible person with the ability to quickly learn information systems and work processes.

• Previous experience in support at the hi-tech company - in managing information systems / technological products at the configuration level and providing support and service to customers abroad - a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in English is a must and writing at a very high level.
• Advantage of proven experience in support management in English, SLA management, service calls, and CRM systems.
• Control and experience and previous background in development in a WEB environment - an advantage.
