Founded in 2018, Candivore is dedicated to crafting innovative mobile games. Our flagship title, Match Masters, has ignited the multiplayer match-3 puzzle genre, captivating millions of players daily.

The Job

We've recently started development on a new casual game with a fresh & unique gameplay mechanic.

We're looking for a seasoned Creative Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll shape the game's visual and aesthetic direction and be actively involved in the day-to-day product and gameplay decision-making process typical to early-stage projects.

About You

• Experienced: You have at least 4 years of experience in the mobile gaming industry.
• Versatile Designer: You’re a talented, hands-on designer skilled in shaping a game’s look and feel, including character design, concept art, animation and UI.
• Creative & Balanced: You thrive in the early stages of game development, enjoying the freedom and experimentation that come with it. You balance creativity and uniqueness with mass market appeal and business requirements.
• Team Player: You enjoy collaborating, giving, and receiving feedback (AKA you’re a nice person to work with).
• Leadership Potential: You ideally have the ability (and desire) to manage a team of artists and animators in the future.
