We are looking for an experienced and dedicated bookkeeper and payroll manager to join our finance department. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of bookkeeping, as well as daily accounting operations and closing procedures. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is also a true team player with excellent communication skills.
Full-time, Tel Aviv
As a Bookkeeper and Payroll Manager, you will:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Process, verify and reconcile AP invoices, including preparing and managing month-end and mid-month payments processes.
- Conduct reconciliation of the company's bank account and credit card activities
- Preparation payroll and related reports, including governmental & regulatory filings
- Report VAT and vendor tax withholding reports to Israeli authorities.
- Report to additional institutions such as social security, the ITAS, etc.
- Assist with financial report preparation, audit and quarterly closing support as necessary.
- Prepare analytical reviews and month-end accruals.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
- Ad-hoc projects as required.
What We Need:
- Minimum 3 years of experience within a Hi-Tech or multi-national company.
- Certified bookkeeper (Level 3)
- Certified payroll accountant
- Experience with “Michpal” [Advantage]
- Experience with tax compliance (including VAT, Nikuim, Odfot, etc.)
- Previous experience with NetSuite system- an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal capabilities, and teamwork
- Well-organized with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a complex, global, and dynamic environment
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with implementation of accounting tools - an advantage
