Digital Development Manager

Shavit is looking for a talented Digital and DevOps Manager!

Job Description:

- Management and responsibility for all the development processes of the digital assets

- Ongoing work with the development manager on behalf of the supplier

- Providing technological, organizational and professional support assistance to the development teams in the project

- Reporting to the program manager on the development progress status, compliance with the schedule including "raising flags"

When necessary

- Monitoring the implementation of decisions by the development teams.

- Control over the planning of the systems and the form of development (need versus use, future planning and multi-use)

Requirements:

- 5 years of experience (minimum), in the development of digital assets (apps and websites)

- Management of development and parallel development processes - mandatory

- Experience working in digital systems and microservices infrastructures - mandatory

- Work experience in implementation and familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes (including test automation) -Required

- Working in an agile development method, with an introduction to the Waterfall worlds
