Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Marketing Specialist to lead our engagement with the startup community, including startup companies, accelerators, business partners, and funds. This role involves creating and maintaining fruitful relationships within the Israeli ecosystem, promoting marketing and sales activities, and managing digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ecosystem Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key players in the Israeli startup ecosystem, including startups, accelerators, business partners, and funds.
• Lead Generation: Create and implement strategies to promote marketing and sales activities, generating high-quality leads.
• Networking: Initiate and cultivate connections between entrepreneurs, investors, and service providers.
• Partner Sourcing: Identify and engage potential business partners and customers through social networks and websites.
• Event Management: Organize and coordinate business events to foster networking and business opportunities.
• Digital Content Management: Oversee the creation and management of digital content to enhance our online presence.

Qualifications:

• Industry Familiarity: Significant advantage if familiar with entrepreneurship, startups, funds, and accelerators.
• Relationship Building: Proven ability to initiate and develop relationships and generate quality leads.
• Independent & Interpersonal Skills: Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal abilities, and a marketing orientation.
• Representation & Negotiation: Skilled in negotiation and sales, with a professional and representative demeanor.
• Event Planning: Capable of organizing and planning events effectively.
• Digital Savvy: High proficiency in social networks and working with databases.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Participation: Willingness to participate in events, conferences, and meet-ups.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Mobility: Must have the ability to travel as required.
