Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the infrastructure operations team.
• Manage all organizational infrastructure – system, network, and information security.
• Oversee the daily operation of all systems.
• Act as TIER3 and the final escalation point for complex issues.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in managing IT Windows systems in large environments.
• Practical knowledge and experience in network operation and security.
• Familiarity with cloud services.
• Managerial experience – Advantage.
• Maturity, professionalism, and a strong orientation toward people management (not just processes/technologies).
• Service-oriented, patient, with deep process understanding and the ability to drive change.
