Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the infrastructure operations team.
- Manage all organizational infrastructure – system, network, and information security.
- Oversee the daily operation of all systems.
- Act as TIER3 and the final escalation point for complex issues.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in managing IT Windows systems in large environments.
- Practical knowledge and experience in network operation and security.
- Familiarity with cloud services.
- Managerial experience – Advantage.
- Maturity, professionalism, and a strong orientation toward people management (not just processes/technologies).
- Service-oriented, patient, with deep process understanding and the ability to drive change.
