Head of financial consolidation systems

The Financial Consolidation System Unit at ICL is seeking a passionate and driven manager to lead our team.

The unit plays a vital role in ICL's corporate finance, developing, implementing, and managing the system that generate legal and managerial reports.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Lead the development and implementation of the financial consolidation system, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment, motivating and mentoring your team.
• Translate users needs into actionable solutions.
• A professional with proven experience managing and implementing financial consolidation systems (SAP-BFC advantage).
• A leader with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate globally.
  
  

• Ability to lead a global and cross-organizational projects and teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting – CPA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field - Advantage.
• Proven experience in preparing consolidation financial statements of global companies.
• 4+ years experience in Consolidation system implementation. Business consolidation system (BFC) Advantage.
• Proven record in IT-Finance fields - Advantage.
• English/Hebrew Proficiency.
