Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Etsy specialist to manage and optimize our new Etsy store. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Etsy marketplace, experience with SEO and digital marketing, and a passion for jewelry. This role involves managing listings, improving search visibility, driving traffic, and increasing sales on our Etsy store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Management:
• Manage and update Etsy shop listings, including product descriptions, pricing, and photos.
• Ensure all product listings are accurate, compelling, and SEO-optimized.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to ensure stock availability.

SEO and Marketing:

• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and visibility.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales on Etsy.
• Create and manage Etsy Ads campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.

Customer Engagement:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and reviews to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Implement strategies to encourage positive reviews and repeat business.
• Manage customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze shop performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
• Provide regular reports on shop performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing an Etsy shop, with a track record of increasing sales and traffic.
• Medium - Strong level of knowledge of Etsy’s SEO and search algorithm.
• Experience with digital marketing, including Etsy Ads and social media integration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Passion for jewelry and understanding of the luxury market is a plus.
