Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating a variety of international commercial agreements with clients, partners, and vendors such as master agreements, terms & conditions, suppliers, NDAs,Etc.
• Advise and support business units, departments, and teams across the company on commercial legal matters related to the business.
• Assisting with the legal implementation of laws and regulations within the company.
• Engage with external law firms as needed.
• Formulating legal opinions for business projects.

Requirements:

• LLB- certified Israel Bar Association.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial department of a leading top law firm, and/or as an in-house lawyer.
• Experience from a global fintech company - a significant advantage!
• Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a diverse range of international commercial agreements and related legal documents both locally and globally.
• Strong business sense and proven track record in successfully negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently on multiple time-sensitive tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, initiative, and results-driven.
• Fluent English with excellent drafting skills (English mother tongue level – an advantage).
