Bio-Analytical Laboratory Manager – Pharmaceutical Company (2882)

A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a motivated and experienced Bio-Analytical Laboratory Manager to lead the analytical operations. This position includes overall responsibility for laboratory management, team leadership, resource and budget management, project management, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of scientists, performing molecular and biochemistry analytical assays, developing new analytical methods and performing validations.
• Administer and ensure compliance with GMP rules and regulatory requirements within the laboratories.
• Adapt laboratory operations to meet the quality management system requirements and the company's business goals.
• Prepare for and successfully meet international audits.
• Define policies for the tests performed in the laboratory.
• Oversee laboratory investigations, change controls, CAPA, work procedures, protocols, and reports.
• Facilitate the professional and personal development of laboratory employees.

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in biochemistry, life sciences, biotechnology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and motivating a large team of employees.
• Previous experience with biological laboratory work in a pharmaceutical company within a GMP environment.
• Knowledge of international regulatory requirements and experience in preparing for and meeting international audits.
• Experience in the technological transfer of methods.
• Strong management, leadership, motivation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
