Job Description:

• Oversee performance marketing campaigns, including mobile deliveries.
• Foster strategic partnerships with key affiliates to exceed revenue goals.
• Onboard new publishers and maintain existing relationships.
• Manage financial aspects of campaigns, including budgeting and reconciliation.
• Proficient in Mobile App Tracking tools and website analytics.
• Produce compelling marketing reports for internal review.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing digital affiliate programs.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Capacity to multitask, solve problems, and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Enthusiastic about affiliate marketing and data-driven decisions.
• Strong knowledge of analytics and data management tools.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the Ad tech Affiliate industry.
• Knowledge of CPA, CPI, CPL, and CPS verticals.
• Well-connected with local and international affiliates.
• Proven track record of bringing value and business to the table.
• Able to lead and grow affiliate partnerships.
