Quality Assurance Manager - Electronics

A global leader Hi-tech company, is seeking a Charismatic and experienced Quality Assurance manager to lead the Quality department (8 people).

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for leading and implementing the quality culture in the company.

• Continuous improvement of procedures and processes.

• Interacting and reporting to the global/corporate quality group and systems.

• Responsibility for the compliance and maintenance of ISO9001:2015 and other relevant certifications of the company.

• Managing and leading Internal and External audits.

• Statistical analysis of product quality to drive improvements to achieve the company goals

• Cooperation with R&D and Engineering to achieve product quality compliance.

• Management of QC teams

• Manage Failure analysis activities to identify root cause and relevant corrective and preventive actions

• Managing the debriefing process

• Local and global Suppliers and sub-contractors quality approvals and corrective action controls.

• Manage the Quality KPI’s

• Quality management review and monthly internal reporting

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in a quality assurance management role.

• Academic studies in Electronics.

• CQM or CQE. CQM preferred

• Deep understanding of failure analysis routines and techniques

• 5+ years experience working with electronic sub-contract manufacturers.

• Track record of product quality improvements.
