We're Coravana, an international fashion jewelry brand, and
we are looking for an E-commerce orders manager to join our team!
This is a part time position located in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities:
All aspects of order processing.
This includes everything from:
- Processing new orders
- Inspecting shipments
- Managing customer experience
- communication with suppliers
Daily tasks:
- Order routing and communication with shipping couriers
- Packaging and preparing all shipments
- Logistical arrangements
- Stock management
- Communication with customer support team
Additional tasks:
- Social media management
- Website updates & maintenance
Requirements :
- Basic+ English
- Basic Excel
- Ecommerce oriented
- Time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Very organized
- Attention to detail
