We are seeking an exceptional product manager with true passion for product discovery, problem exploration and product execution to help us build the right solutions for our patients and clinicians.

Our focus is on innovating in the field of Heart Failure, including patient self-management, remote patient monitoring and pioneering new scientific approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product discovery process including design, engineering, product marketing, clinical and domain experts to define product and clinical problems to be solved.
• Analyze product data and customer insights, monitor adoption and usage, and leverage them to drive data-informed product decisions.
• Lead the SW product team, encompassing design, engineering, QA, RA, clinical and customer success.
• Support product launch, competitive analysis, usability evaluation, customer feedback process and clinical sub-studies.
• Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders at various levels within the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in software product management, preferably in digital health or medical device company
• At least 3 years’ experience in digital health or medical device company
• Demonstrated success in leading the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from product discovery to launch
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed product decisions.
• Ability to spend on average 25% of the time abroad (EU and US)
