The Pulseem Permitted Email Marketing System was established in 2008 to help businesses, organizations, and non-profit organizations communicate with their customers directly and effectively. It is a web-based system that enables businesses to send marketing or informational emails to a large group of permitted recipients, while also combating spam email globally.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager at Pulseem located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, managing accounts, providing excellent customer service, and generating leads.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Account Management
• Lead Generation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with email marketing systems is a plus
• Fluency in English and Hebrew is preferred
