Hardware Engineer

You will work closely with our automotive tier 1 design partner to ensure flawless integration and perform automotive-grade testing. Responsibilities:

• Take a key part in designing and developing diverse hardware components, including sensors and microcontrollers.
• Execute schematic design, PCB layout, and prototyping to meet the highest automotive-grade standards.
• Conduct thorough system testing, validation, and verification to ensure top-notch performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including specifications, test plans, and comprehensive reports.
• Partner closely with our automotive tier 1 design partner on joint product development, aligning technical specifications, integration processes, and testing protocols.
• Work alongside algorithm and software engineers to achieve seamless hardware-software integration.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and manufacturers to source components, manage procurement, and ensure high quality control throughout the production cycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 2-3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in electrical lab work and multidisciplinary system testing.
• Solid knowledge of hardware development methodologies, electronic circuit design, and PCB layout.
• Familiarity with embedded systems, microcontrollers, sensors, communication protocols, and power management systems.
• Experience with Python for development and testing purposes.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
