Zota is a payment (B2B) gateway technology hub, serving as a one-stop-shop for online businesses, enabling them to accept payments from anyone, anywhere. We are connected to over 1000 financial institutions worldwide, allowing us to centralize a range of global and local payment methods, on one payment page.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for bookkeeping up to balance sheet submission for audit.
• Ongoing bookkeeping tasks - bank reconciliations, journal entries, salary payments, pensions, periodic reporting to institutions, regular interaction with tax authorities, and more.
• Analysis and reconciliation of accounts.
• Regular interaction with tax authorities, including submission of the annual report 856, and checking tax deductions/coordination.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years as a certified Bookkeeper, Level 2 or higher - a must!
• 1+ years of experience as a certified Payroll Accountant - a must!
• Good English - a must!
• Full proficiency in Office software.
• High and fast learning ability and ability to work independently.
• Ability to operate under pressure.
