Senior DFT Engineer

We are looking for a brilliant senior DFT engineer with technical lead experience that can quickly join a most promising and exciting start-up company to take a part in and contribute in developing a complex and challenging chip for the data center at very advanced process node.

Required Experience:

• At least 5 years of chip design development
• Experience in logic design, verification, and debug
• Knowledgeable in frontend design tools
• knowledge in generation of structural tests for different fault models (i.e. transition delay faults, path delay faults etc.)
• Experience with test structure insertion including internal Scan and Boundary Scan
• Experience in simulation and validation of the structural tests (ATPG)
• Familiarity with memory BIST test generation and verification – an advantage
