Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the product lifecycle, driving the short and long-term vision and development of our products
• Plan and own the product roadmap, and take it from vision to reality - executing on our goals
• Lead the ideation, planning, and development of new products and features, that will make our platform/product even more exciting to our users and customers
• Work closely with engineering, design, legal, and regulatory teams to drive feature design, prioritization, and deployment
• Actively manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity, turning needs and ideas into operational systems and tools

Skills & Knowledge

• Launching B2B/B2C products from ideation to scale
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment using a data-driven and analytical approach
• Skilled in solving complex problems
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Highly independent, process-driven, fast learner, with the ability to quickly identify and address strategic and operational needs
• Super creative thinker, with a strong eye for design and detail
• Passion for UX, delighting users, and customer-obsessed
• Strong understanding of consumer psyche
• Follows, studies, and appreciates well-crafted mobile and consumer apps
• Self-learning individual who reads constantly and loves to pass on their knowledge to others
• An avid listener who deep dives into the essence of what is being said, asked, or problem to be solved
• Superb team player, fun to be with

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management and launching products in a rapidly changing environment
• Experience in the Fintech industry or financial products
• Proven experience in launching a successful and high-quality product
• Deep understanding of consumer business
• Experience in leading small, agile teams and scaling them
• Experience in running user tests and driving out bias in user test plans
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills (especially in English)
• BSc degree in computer science
