Role Description

This is a full-time Planning Manager role at ProManage. The Planning Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of infrastructure and transportation projects, including feasibility studies, preliminary design, detailed engineering, competitive bidding, and project delivery. This is a hybrid role, with the main location being Galil Tachton Regional Council, but with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing infrastructure and transportation projects
• Strong knowledge of feasibility studies, preliminary design, and detailed engineering
• Competitive bidding experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in contemporary digital tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
