Job Description

In this role, you can be involved in developing challenging software modules within complex and advanced environment.

Philips is developing Philips Image Management solution which can serve different steps in the radiology workflow. Philips Image Management solution provides a complete and scalable local and wide area Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) solutions for hospital and related institutions/sites, which will archive, distribute, retrieve, and display images and data from hospital modalities and information systems.

Your role:

• Responsible for on boarding customer-specific configurations, Integrations, and business requirements for new and existing customers
• Ensure successful ongoing operations with knowledge transfer to customers
• Lead client meetings to extract and document requirements
• Utilize experience and knowledge of resolving complex problems
• Learn, implement, and teach best practices for implementation and configuration of company products
• Develop software, tests, and tools to ease integration in professional service field
• Produce and review product documentation and training materials to ensure content accuracy and supportability of company products
• Transfer customer specific knowledge and documentation to the support team post successful customer on boarding
  
  

• At least 5 years of previous experience in complex environment as an Oracle DBA/Infrastructure/Virtualization/Networking engineer or Senior System Administrator – must
• Experience with Oracle databases on a junior DBA level and SQL knowledge - Must
• Strong background in computer networking and virtualization (VMware and Hyper-V)/ - must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English fluency - must
• Strong technical understanding of Windows based systems - must
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and knowledge of troubleshooting tools: (Procmon, Procexp, Fiddler, Wireshark etc.) - must
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering/computer science or other relevant field experience
• Knowledge of HL7 and DICOM protocols (big advantage)
