About the Role:

Are you a tech-savvy leader with a passion for driving strategic IT initiatives? We're seeking an innovative and dynamic OCIO to spearhead our Information Systems and Strategic Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Execution: Lead and implement our comprehensive information systems strategy.

Budget Management: Oversee budget preparation, management, and control for the department.

Work Plan Development: Create and monitor the department's work plan, ensuring alignment and integration with all divisions.

Project Leadership: Drive cross-organizational strategic projects, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Methodology and Tools: Manage and implement project management methodologies and supporting tools.

Innovation and Evaluation: Promote new initiatives and technologies, assessing their business feasibility.

Team Management: Directly manage project managers and budget control personnel (5 employees).

Status Reporting: Consolidate and report budget and project statuses to the finance team and senior management.

Qualifications:

*Education*: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

*Experience*: At least 5 years of experience in managing cross-organizational IT projects.

*Leadership*: Proven experience in leading processes within the business and IT realms.

*Executive Interaction*: Experience working with senior executives.

*Team Management*: Demonstrated ability in managing teams.

*Organizational Familiarity*: Knowledge of large organizations or leading consulting firms.
