AI Platform Product Manager

Windward is looking for an AI Platform Product Manager to join our Product group and be responsible for planning, defining and delivering Windward’s core platform strategy and execution. As the Platform Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing our data pipeline - from integration of new data sources, defining tools and algorithms for analyzing the data, and thinking of new ways to gain insights from the data. You will also be responsible for our API product - managing its backlog and being responsible for its growth. You will work with many stakeholders within the company including our Data Science and Engineering teams, Delivery Teams, Product and Sales.

What will you do?

• Manage the data for our data pipelines with over 20 different sources
• Own the development of base models, including data fusion and AI-based behavioral models
• Identify new data opportunities that can support the company's products and AI models
• Manage the process of defining new core algorithms and improving the current ones.
• Become a product expert and build a vision to evolve the platform, serve our clients, and grow revenue.
• Drive Windward's Platform development by prioritizing and managing the product backlog, in order to ensure we solve the most important problems and deliver value to our users.
• Lead the development and productization of our API product - build the product backlog and handle all its platform requirements

Who are you?

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field
• 4+ years of experience in a product management role
• Experience working together with both Data Scientists and Backend Engineers - Defining and executing research and analysis projects
• Passion for solving problems and deriving insights using data
• Proven ability to manage complex projects
• Fast learner who can ran fast and react to the dynamic environment we live in
• Ex-Navy/ Intelligence unit - Advantage
