About The Role

Be part of the founding product team that directly impacts the lives of over 300 million gamers, shaping the product direction and vision of the company while working closely with the leadership team. What will you do?

Lead the product suite for game developers, including our state-of-the-art SDK used by top-tier game developers and studios, along with its supporting set of tools.

• Lead product strategy in a core business area, optimizing for scale, simplicity, and development experience.
• Drive focus and speed within your team to ship products that customers love and lead to business results.
• Identify opportunities for impact and innovation through qualitative and quantitative analysis, and test your ideas in the real world.
• Make decisions with full ownership, explaining your rationale and product thinking, supported by evidence.
• Collaborate closely with a world-class team of designers, engineers, and analysts to ensure company-wide alignment.
  
  

• At least 5 years experience working as a product manager in a successful startup / fast-growing company with a track record of driving impact on customers and the business.
• Previous experience in building and managing at-scale SDK products that developers loved using.
• Winner mindset - you’re independent, resourceful, get things done, and deliver measurable real-world impact.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments - you live the week (not the quarter), you breathe execution and make every day count.
• Outstanding communication skills - you effectively explain complex topics and can thoroughly explain the rationale of your decisions.
• Love details - you have superior attention to detail. Craft, UI/UX, technical aspects, data & metrics. Nothing gets past you and nothing is beneath you.
• Rigorous & deep thinker - you’re committed to uncovering the truth. You don’t take things for granted, don’t “just” do things, don’t care about optics.
