Key Responsabilites:

·    Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our real estate portfolio.

·    Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

·    Coordinate and execute marketing events and initiatives.

·    Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

·    Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.

·    Manage any social media platforms for Barnes Israel.

·    Implement an internal CRMY system. Analyze the data from the marketing campaign, capture leads, and distribute them.

·    Set up the Barnes Israel website with the assistance of Barnes International. Continuously updating it by adding new listings, descriptions, etc…

Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate marketing.

· Fluent in Hebrew and English.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
