For a digital agency @ Raanana:

As the Website Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical and content aspects of our online platforms across various regions.

This role focuses on maintaining website functionality, ensuring seamless navigation, optimizing user experience, and updating content in alignment with our brand’s standards and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Oversight:

Manage the daily operations of the company's website, including updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting.

Work closely with web development teams to ensure website functionality and troubleshoot any issues.

Content Management:

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

Ensure all website content is current, accurate, and properly optimized for SEO and user experience.

User Experience Optimization:

Monitor website performance metrics such as load times, traffic, and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.

Implement changes to layout, content, and design based on analytics and user feedback.

Project Management:

Lead website projects, including redesigns, new feature launches, and integrations.

Compliance and Security:

Ensure the website complies with all legal and regulatory requirements including data privacy laws.

Oversee website security protocols and ensure they are updated and adhered to.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the E-Commerce Operations Manager to align the website strategies with overall e-commerce objectives.

Provide guidance and support to the content team in creating web-friendly content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Website Manager or similar role in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong knowledge of web management, e-commerce platforms, and SEO best practices.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with website optimization tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Shopify/Magento background.
