Job Brief:

We are looking for a dedicated Product Manager to lead the development and expansion of our IT asset tracking and management platform in our Ukraine office. Working closely with our external designers, you will be pivotal in understanding customer needs, shaping the product vision, strategizing, prioritizing features, collaborating across teams, and effectively launching and marketing the product.

Responsibilities:

• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices.
• Conduct market research and gather user feedback to pinpoint customer challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Articulate and disseminate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and teams.
• Work collaboratively with designers, engineers, and other functional managers (sales, customer service, logistics) to create products that address customer needs.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge product success and user satisfaction.
• Planned and implemented product launches and marketing initiatives to boost adoption and retention.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
