IT Operations System Specialist

You can Expect:

• Administer and support enterprise-level IT systems and infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Administer Active Directory, including user and group management, organizational units (OUs), and LDAP protocols.
• Maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and intrusion prevention systems (IPS).
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution of IT issues related to servers, storage, and network management.
• Recommend and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.

Experience Required:

• 3 years of experience in IT systems administration.
• Experience with Windows Server operating systems, including installation, configuration, and management.
• knowledge of Active Directory including user and group management, organizational units (OUs), and LDAP protocols.
• Proven experience with networking technologies, including configuration and management of Cisco devices.
• Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Juniper Networks Certified Specialist (JNCIS), or CompTIA Security+ - an advantage.
• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification - an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
