A high-tech company in the green energy sector has developed a range of control and monitoring products in the field of renewable and green energy. The company has created infrastructure systems for control and monitoring and, based on these, developed dedicated control centers, including for public companies. It is an established company with a variety of clients for long-term strategic contracts, offering excellent conditions and a good work-life balance.

Job Description:

• Reporting to the COO (who reports to the CEO)
• Managing three groups: DevOps, Backend, and Frontend
• Leading three group managers and a total of approximately 50-60 employees
• Overseeing developers, architects, and DevOps across multiple active projects
• Working with a team characterized by high professional and technological capabilities, yet humble, collegial individuals with a strong sense of mission

Responsibilities:

• Working on classified security projects (with the willingness to undergo a security clearance process)
• Utilizing a stack including .Net, .Net Core, C#, Desktop, WPF, NoSQL, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
• Providing technological leadership with a strategic vision, driving the organization forward technologically
• Building the roadmap and management methodologies, setting goals, meeting timelines, and adhering to budgets for each project
• Involvement in employee recruitment (mainly for management layers – team leaders and group managers, less for developer recruitment)
• Initially focusing on quickly engaging in technological tasks and understanding development, especially in C# and Microservices
• Working with interfaces, maintaining organization, and mentoring managers
• Demonstrating interpersonal skills and being the technological focal point
• Integrating advanced technologies and selecting future technologies

The company is located in central Israel (near a railway line), works from the office (due to security projects), and has approximately 180 employees.
