Economic & Strategic Consultant

ADALYA, a company specializing in consulting for the public sector, is recruiting a consultant for its Economic, Tenders, and Regulation Consulting Team.

Job Description

• Conduct economic feasibility tests
• Conduct international comparative reviews in various fields
• Accompany and advise professional work teams
• Characterize tenders on various topics for government offices
• Write professional policy documents
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders: government ministries, civil society organizations, and additional service providers

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, or PPE (Philosophy, Politics, and Economics) - Required
• 2-6 years of experience in project management or economic and strategic consulting - Required
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint) - Required
• Master's degree in business administration, economics, or accounting – Advantage
• Experience working with the public sector – Advantage
• Experience in writing policy documents
• High verbal and written communication skills
