Hardware Engineer

Greenvibe is facing an exciting stage where we are redesigning our product to the next level.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled R&D Hardware engineer to lead the process from requirements to full serial production.

The ideal candidate will contribute to both the development of next-generation hardware and the preparation for large-scale manufacturing.

Your responsibilities will include -

• Lead the product hardware design according to the requirements specified by the research team.
• Enhancing sensor electronics while gathering data on new sensing technologies as part of continued research. 
• Analyze areas where external support/consulting is required and be the focal point for hardware consultants and subcontractors.
• Assemble and integrate prototypes and samples.
• Work closely with the algorithm team to understand data requirements for artificial intelligence models.
• Design and execute tests to validate the performance of the products.
• Organize production data to enable serial production.

You should have -

• At least five years of relevant experience in similar positions, preferred in building products from scratch.
• Experience with leading analog board design.
• Deep understanding of the electronics underlying physics.
• Experience with NPI/ Industrialization.
• Fluent talking and writing  documentation in English for design, testing, and production
• Knowledge in the following domains is a must - Board Design, Basic RF considerations, and sensors (Temperature, Piezo-Electric).
• Experience in embedded software will be an advantage. 
• Self-Management and Independency Capabilities.
• Accountability for leading the domain while initiating creative solutions with a ‘can do approach’
• Strong communication skills and ability  to work as part of a dynamic start-up team environment, communicate ideas/decisions effectively, etc.
• Curiosity, innovation, and a passion for learning - a must
