R&D Team Leader

Job Description:

As the R&D Team Leader, you will be responsible for the hands-on management of our company’s R&D team. Your key responsibilities will include the development and enhancement of our main gaming platform, motion detection algorithms, analytics, product command and control, and remote management systems. Additionally, you will support the development of our future product line. This role demands active involvement in development, strategic planning, and innovative problem-solving.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in managing R&D teams in small to medium-sized startups
• 4+ years of in-depth experience in Android development, including extensive knowledge of low-level Android system components, custom ROM development, integration of native code using the JNI framework, and proficiency in modern Android architecture components, Jetpack Compose, and Kotlin.
• Proven experience in system design and architecture design, including the ability to create scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Proficiency in computer vision techniques and OpenCV B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science or related field
• A fearless attitude towards challenges and hard work
