We are looking for a highly talented Group Leader to manage our team of full-stack developers DevOps and QA engineers. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading the development of our flagship cybersecurity product and focus on management and technical challenges like product scale, cloud migration and product maturity .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage 2 squads (~ 10) of our team of full-stack developers DevOps and QA engineers. Mentor and grow team members professionally and personally.
  • Provide technical leadership, including planning, design, architecture, and best practices.
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Work closely with the product, CSM delivery and research teams to align development with product goals.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in leading multiple software development teams in group manager or director roles.
  • Experience in leading multi disciplinary teams (FullStack developers, DevOps, QA)
  • Experience with containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Ability to work in a flexible, agile, environment on a variety of subjects and technologies
  • Experience in developing products throughout their full life cycle.
