A dog wellness company is looking for a new member of the team as a customer support specialist.
Who we’re looking for:
🐶 Dog lovers!
🐶 Interested in wellness and nutrition
🐶 Fluent in Hebrew (written and verbal)
🐶 Track record in giving stellar customer support
The job includes:
🐾 answering customer questions and support requests, both verbal and written
🐾 managing minor logistics (in tandem with delivery team)
🐾 guiding customers to make the best choices for their dog’s individual needs
Onsite training will be provided. Afterwards the position is from our offices in Ashdod.
Position starting in June
⏰ Hours: Sun - Thursday, 9am-12pm and 3pm-6pm
💰 Salary: Paid hourly
