Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and help propel Veryo Studios to new heights. This role offers the unique opportunity to become a co-founder, allowing you to significantly influence the company’s direction and growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and drive user growth for "Apes TD" and future titles.
• Lead and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and more.
• Analyze market trends, user data, and competitor strategies to optimize marketing efforts and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the product and development teams to ensure marketing efforts align with game updates, features, and overall company goals.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including videos, graphics, and promotional content.
• Work with communities on platforms such as Instagram, Discord, Reddit, and others.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key industry influencers, media, and strategic partners.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs and ROI targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role (UA) within the gaming or tech industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, user acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Expert in User Acquisition (UA) on platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, Unity Ads, and others.
• Familiarity with SKAdNetwork (SKAN), iOS, and attribution models.
• Familiarity with MMPs such as Singuar.
• Experience working with online communities on platforms like Instagram, Discord, Reddit, etc.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming culture and trends.
