Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Podcast Studio Manager at the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs. The Podcast Studio Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the podcast studio, including scheduling, recording, editing (video & audio), and publishing podcasts. They will also handle equipment maintenance and ensure a smooth production process. Additionally, the Podcast Studio Manager will collaborate with content creators, guests, and technical teams to deliver high-quality podcast episodes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of podcast production, equipment, and editing software (video and audio)
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms
• Experience in public policy, international relations, journalism or related field is a plus
• Military service at IDF Spokesperson's Unit or other media units is a plus
• Commitment for 120 hours a month, some of which will be on-site
