The Role:

As a Senior Lead Developer, you will lead the charge in revolutionizing the blockchain landscape. You will play a pivotal role in assembling and nurturing a team of talented developers and guiding the planning, delivery, and operation of our groundbreaking blockchain platform. Collaborate closely with the CTO, business stakeholders, and other key players to discover innovative solutions while working with state-of-the-art technologies. Act as the essential bridge between the development team and executive leadership, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

What You Will Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, decentralized applications in the crypto space.

• Pioneer new technologies and approaches in the rapidly evolving crypto world.

• Utilize advanced technologies and cloud-based architecture to enhance our platform.

• Lead and manage dynamic development teams, fostering a culture of excellence.

• Ensure the technical quality of software produced by the Development Team.

• Define application roadmaps, from current state to future state, ensuring seamless transitions.

• Continuously refactor and improve applications, incorporating ongoing technology refreshes.

• Investigate and integrate new technologies to elevate application and development activities.

• Work with AI technologies, including OpenAI, to develop large language models (LLMs) and enhance our platform’s capabilities.

Key Qualifications:

• Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of experience in leading and scaling R&D teams, with a strong track record of coaching and mentoring, ideally in a startup environment.

• Blockchain & Fintech Expertise: In-depth experience in blockchain, fintech, or the crypto world, with a strong understanding of the underlying technologies.

• AI Expertise: Proven experience working with AI technologies, including the development of large language models (LLMs) and familiarity with platforms like OpenAI.

• Architectural Skills: Proven experience in the design and management of complex architectures.

• Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent communication skills and a strategic problem-solving mindset.

• Technological Adaptability: Ability to adapt to various technologies and continuously research and integrate new concepts.
