Global Sales and technical manager - Irrigation Controllers and Greenhouses

Job Description:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in global markets by building relationships with potential and existing customers worldwide.
• Provide global support to dealers and update them on new products and sales while understanding their needs.
• Price new projects (pre/after-sales support).
• Work closely with customer service and engineering departments.
• Develop and deliver training in Israel and around the world on new products and version upgrades.
• Manage negotiations and execute transactions in the field.
• Track performance and report results on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• The position includes international travel (support, sales and exhibitions).

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in control systems, irrigation and greenhouses - required.
• Experience in pre/after-sales processes - required.
• Background and experience in working in irrigation/control companies - an advantage.
• English - fluent, Spanish - an advantage.
• High level of service awareness.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics - an advantage.
• Control and automation technician/engineer - an advantage.
• Soil and water technician/engineer - an advantage.
