Product Manager

A high-tech company specializes in developing an AI-based platform for managing IT professionals' workflow worldwide, revolutionizing their operational efficiency by up to tenfold. The platform enables IT technicians to remotely manage, monitor, and address updates or issues across various business computing needs through a user-friendly interface.

Over the past two years, the company has experienced significant growth, enhancing the product's artificial intelligence capabilities.

Located near Tel Aviv's railway station, the company operates with a hybrid model, allowing employees to work from home two days a week. With nearly all 265 employees based in Israel, the company raised $100 million in 2021 and serves over 11,000 customers across more than 105 countries.

The role involves being part of a squad, leading a domain within the product alongside the Development Director, developers, software testers, and product designers, reporting to the VP Product.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Core Squad, consisting of cross-functional team members, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape to drive product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Define and prioritize product requirements based on user feedback, market analysis, and internal stakeholders’ input.
• Own the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring product success and adoption.
• Work closely and collaborate with the engineering, design, product analyst, customer success, marketing and research teams

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, from a technical product in SaaS environment-
• Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality software products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product requirements.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
